August 6 is the first day of the month of Safar
The office of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has announced that Tuesday, August 6 , 2024, is the first day of the month of Safar in the year 1446 AH.
The experts from Imam Khamenei’s Office for Sighting the New Moon announced the sighting of the new moon at sunset on Sunday, August 4, for the month of Safar in Iran was not possible. Thus, Tuesday, August 6 , 2024, is the first day of the month of Safar in the year 1446 AH.
