Explosion in the Russian arms factory/ 3 people were killed
An explosion at a state-owned weapons factory in the Russian Federation left at least three dead.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, according to Reuters, three people were killed following an explosion at a state-owned weapons factory in the Republic of Bashkiristan in the Russian Federation. This industrial unit belongs to the Russian “Rostek” arms factory.
According to reports, the explosion occurred during a training workshop. The Russian Investigative Committee said that probably the workers of the repair department did not follow the safety rules when cutting the gas pipes. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
This factory is said to produce parts for multiple missile launcher systems and is currently under EU sanctions.
