Accordingly, the price of gold per ounce decreased by 0.16% to $2,423 and 75 cents today. The price of gold futures on Comex New York has reached $2,461 and 20 cents with a decrease of 0.09%.
Among other precious metals, silver rose 0.36 percent to 27 dollars and 71 cents, and platinum traded up 0.18 percent to 37 cents at $938.
