18 Ukrainian drones were shot down in different regions of Russia
reported Mehr News Agency, citing Sputnik, the Ministry of Defense of Russia issued a statement on Monday announcing that the air defense systems of the country’s armed forces intercepted and destroyed 18 Ukrainian drones in the sky of Kursk, Belgorod and Voronezh last night.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced yesterday by publishing a statement that the forces of the Russian army thwarted the attempt of the Ukrainian units to advance deep into three regions of Kursk province.
As stated in this statement, “230 Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 38 armored vehicles were destroyed in the battles of Kursk province in the last 24 hours.”
The Ministry of Defense of Russia had already announced that the defense systems of this country’s armed forces shot down 32 drones and four tactical missiles “Tuchka-U” of the Ukrainian army last night in different areas. Different regions of Russia were intercepted and destroyed.
Alexey Smirnov, acting governor of the Kursk region, announced that 13 people were injured as a result of a Ukrainian missile hitting a residential building in Kursk, and the condition of two of them is critical.
He published a message on his Telegram channel and wrote: Unfortunately, due to the attack of Ukrainian terrorists, 13 people have been injured so far, and the condition of two of them is critical.
