Mia, who filed this case against Hasina on behalf of a real citizen of Bangladesh, said that in addition to Hasina, 6 officials of the then government of this country are also accused. are.

According to him, the Dhaka Metropolitan Court has ordered the police to “accept this case against the accused” as the first step in the criminal investigation, based on the constitution of Bangladesh. »

In this case, the name of Asdul Zaman Khan, the Minister of Interior and Obaidul Qadir, the Secretary General of the “Awami League” party (the ruling party during the time of Prime Minister Hasina) are also visible.
