Al-Khafaji: All roads leading to Karbala are safe

report Mehr News Agency quoted Iraqi Waa news agency, Tahsin al-Khafaji, the head of Iraq’s security information unit, announced that all roads leading to Karbala are safe.

Al-Khafaji said: The new road has had a positive effect on pilgrims’ traffic, especially considering the high temperature, and reduced the time to go to Karbala by about an hour. and this is while the Joint Operations Headquarters with the cooperation of the government have paid special attention to the launch of this road.

The head of Iraq’s security information unit emphasized that this road is open 24 hours a day and helps to reduce traffic and facilitate commuting in the city of Karbala.

He clarified: No road will be closed to the city of Karbala.
