Mehr News Agency, Bin Group International: media KHAMENEI.IR, after the martyrdom of the great Mujahid Ismail Hanieh, produced and published a short documentary ” Guest of Palestine Street. This documentary includes a narrative of the last interview of Martyr Ismail Hanieh with this media as well as images of his meetings in various political positions with the leader of the Islamic Revolution, from 2005 to the last meeting. It was published for the first time on August 9, 1403.
In most of the meetings in this documentary, Martyr Ismail Hanieh along with a high-ranking delegation met with the leader of the Islamic Revolution and He said and they were talking. In the meeting on 23 February 1390, when he met with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution as the Prime Minister of the elected government of Palestine, several Palestinian prisoners who were recently released from the prison of the Zionist regime were present. Among these freedmen, the presence of Yahya Senvar stands out the most.
Shahid Ismail Hanieh when it comes time to introduce Senwar reaches Imam Khamene ai and says: “Brother Yahya Senwar He spent 25 years of his life in the prisons of the Zionist occupation. He was sentenced to 430 years in prison.” Yahya Senvar was one of the freedmen of the exchange known as “Shalit exchange” in 2011, which during Those 1027 Palestinian prisoners were released in exchange for the release of a Zionist prisoner named Gilad Shalit. In this great exchange, all Palestinian women who were captured and sentenced to life imprisonment were also released.
Palestinian resistance groups have so far conducted 11 large prisoner exchange operations between 1968 and 2023 (before the Al-Aqsa storm) with the Zionist regime . In these exchanges, less than 120 Israeli prisoners were exchanged with at least 3,500 Palestinians, and the resistance has been able to create great surprises. In 1982, five thousand Lebanese and Palestinians against 5 Zionist prisoners, in 1985, more than 1,100 Palestinians and 66 non-Palestinians, who were Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, the leader of Hamas and Kozo Akamoto Japanese Mujahideen Josu They were released in exchange for the release of 3 Israeli prisoners.
In 1997, a special exchange took place between Jordan, Hamas and the Zionist regime. After the unsuccessful attempt of Tel Avio to assassinate Khaled Meshaal in Jordan and capture 2 Mossad spies, 2 spies were exchanged with Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, the leader of the Hamas movement, and Sheikh Yassin was once again freed from the prisons of the Zionist regime. In 2011, the biggest exchange of the Palestinian resistance took place, when Yahya Senwar, one of the important architects of the Al-Aqsa storm that troubled the Zionists, was one of the 1,027 prisoners and one of the 310 condemned. It was for eternal imprisonment that they were released from the prisons of the Zionist regime.
A man with 430 years in prison!
Yahya Senwar in 1962 in the Khanyounes camp He was born in the south of Nawar Gaza. He completed his studies in Khan Yunis and then entered the Islamic University of Gaza, which was founded by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, to study in the field of Arabic studies. His arrival at the University of Gaza coincided with his acquaintance with Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and Ismail Hanieh and after that the beginning of the first intifada and the announcement of the existence of Hamas. Yahya Senvar‘s movements and his activities caused him to be arrested by the Israelis once in 1982 during the Stone Intifada and sentenced to 4 months of detention.
Senwar the teenager had a military security mentality from the very beginning. Therefore, he suggested to Sheikh Ahmed that in order to win over the enemy, we have no choice but to create a strong security and counter-espionage organization; A proposal that led to the task of establishing “Majd” i.e. the security organization and attracting Hamas to him. A few months after founding Majd was arrested again in 1985 on charges of founding this organization and This time he was in the Zionist prison for 8 months.
Senwar after his second release, he joined the military wing of Hamas with people like Shahid Shahadeh and Yahya founded Eyash. But in 1988, he was imprisoned for the third time and this time he was sentenced to 4 life imprisonment and 30 years on the charge of forming Majd and the Hamas military battalion. It means 430 years. In prison, he was known by the Israelis as “addicted to Hebrew networks”; An addiction that made him learn Hebrew in prison, translate several Hebrew books and write several books and novels, and spend hours talking to the Zionists and their culture and thought. to understand Senwar in prison translated books such as Israel parties and Shabak everywhere and other books Like Majd and Rasd, he wrote Shabak or a novel about a Palestinian fighter. Yahya Senvar was in a way the leader of the prisoners in the prison, and for example, several hunger strikes between 1992 and 2004 were organized by the Rizi did.
But the turning point in the life of Senvar, which the Zionists these days refer to as the biggest mistake of their lives, dates back to 2011. returns; The year they fought for the release of the Israeli soldier “Gilead Shalit“, Senwar was released along with 1026 other prisoners. Yahya Senwar was a 50-year-old man when he was released, with 25 years of prison experience, 4 years of solitary confinement, and thousands of hours of study and familiarity with the Hebrew community, and of course, popularity among the Palestinian people. and the resistance of the Gaza Strip.
About a year after the release, Yahya Al-Sinwar by his old friend Ash Ismail Hanieh, who was the prime minister of the elected government of Palestine, is coming to Tehran. Their travel plan, which coincided with the victory celebrations of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, included attending the office of the leader of the Islamic Revolution and meeting him. About 10 years after this meeting, in 2021, Hamas elected Yahya Senwar as the head of this movement in the Gaza Strip by holding internal elections.
After being defeated by Saif Al-Quds and then the storm of al-Aqsa, Yahya Senwar was noticed by the Zionists, his Zionist interrogators had confessions about his character in prison. Michael Kobe former head of Shabak (internal security Israel) says: I personally interrogated Yahya Senvar between 150 and 180 hours. He did not smile once. I asked him about his family and why he is not married, and he replied: Hamas is my family and he told me that one day I will be freed to destroy Israel! And I will take you prisoner.
One of the other characteristics of Yahya Senwar is similar to the martyr Hanieh is to believe in jihad and martyrdom. The American Wall Street Journal revealed that according to Arab mediators, Yahya Senwar believes that He has already won the war, whether he was martyred or survived. Also, this American newspaper disclosed the detailed report of Yahya Senwar‘s messages and letters to the leaders of Hamas for negotiations and the war path, which received a lot of attention: in one of the letters, Yahya Senwar writes: “We should go on the path we started..or let a new Karbala to happen”. The Central Council of the Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement elected Yahya Senwar as the successor of Martyr Ismail Hanieh for the presidency. The political office of Hamas conveyed the message that the power of resistance will remain strong.
