The release of 115 Russian soldiers from the Kursk region in the prisoner exchange plan with Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced: As a result of the prisoner exchange negotiations, today (August 24) 115 soldiers captured in the Kursk region returned home from the areas controlled by Kiev. 115 Ukrainian troops were also handed over.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the United Arab Emirates has played the role of a mediator in the process of returning Russian prisoners to this country.
