Relatives of this senior Hezbollah commander said that he was always looking for martyrdom and did not imagine that he would not be martyred until he was 60 years old.
He was wanted by the enemy from the beginning of joining the resistance, and the Zionists were looking for this great commander of Hezbollah for more than 25 years.
Martyr Haj Mohsen wrote a letter to his daughter Khadija Shekar in the margins of the book “Javad Moj Bi Sahil”, which deals with the life of Martyr Samir Mutout, which we read in detail below: >
“Abenti al-Habibah Khadijah al-Latifah, Iqra’i with the heart of al-Tayyib, the life of Tayyib, the practice of salah, supplication, the Qur’an, the mosque, and atlaq al-‘anan, asking for forgiveness.
My dear daughter, my sweet Khadijah, read with your kind heart the good history that was created by prayer, the Quran and the mosque.
My dear Khadijah
Being human in everything in this world will be regrettable in the hereafter, unless it is only human in God. And that was Javad Anisullah.
My beautiful little girl
Javad was fighting not to miss a moment of his life that was close to God. Then his short line reached the end of a long line.
Javad is not on the path of past history. Rather, he is the light that guides those whom God loves.

My daughter
Life for me and for you and for your child will eventually end, so do what you want and pray for your father, your son and your wife so that we too will be like Javad.
And Salam Alik Habibati
And peace be upon you, my love
Samir Mutout; A young commander
In the special issue of Beit Al-Maqdis, Quds newspaper, it is mentioned about Samir Mutout: Samir Mutout wrote in the last paragraph of his will: “I ask God not to visit him with a healthy body; While the noble body of Imam Hussain (a.s.) is headless… I request him to place my martyrdom in such a way that my body will be cut to pieces and no one can touch it.”
Samir, a young man in his twenties who, despite his young age, had commanded a large part of the Islamic resistance operations in southern Lebanon; The operations, although small, were mostly successful and gradually, step by step, destroyed the reputation of the “invincibility” of the Zionist army. actions in which the size and quality of the Zionist forces were several times the size and quality of the resistance forces; But they had something that the occupiers did not have; “The spirit of martyrdom”. It was this spirit that sent the martyrs without fear of death and eagerly to the arms of martyrdom, it was this spirit that prompted Samir and his friends to write such wills, and it was this spirit that the Zionist army lacked and in the years after that , caused huge failures for him.
Pledge to destroy the Zionist regime
10 Lebanese youths at the peak of the Shabab era saw what the occupying army of Jerusalem and the civil war had done to their country. They saw that the Zionists are encroaching on the Lebanese territory every day and every night, and no one, neither the Palestinians, nor the Lebanese army, nor anyone else is capable of confronting the occupying army. They saw all this and, of course, they also heard the news of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
These ten people made a promise to each other to remain on the path of fighting against the Zionists until the end of their lives; Samir Mutout was one of these ten people.
Anonymity in the fight against the occupying army of Quds
In 1982, when the occupying army of Quds attacked Lebanon, Samir also joined the Islamic resistance. He shone so much that very soon he was entrusted with the command of some Islamic resistance operations. Now Samir was present in most of Hezbollah’s operations. However, his family was never aware of his efforts and the volume and quality of his activities; As his sister said in her memoirs: “Once my friends told me that your brother is the commander of all of us at the front.” But Samir had rejected these and finally, when his family saw a video of one of Hezbollah’s operations where a young man behind the camera was explaining the operation on a map, they recognized Samir’s voice and yet again, he He rejected everything. Or as his friends narrated later, after one of his injuries and after he was transferred to the hospital, he behaved in such a way that none of the hospital staff noticed that he was injured in the front and assumed that he was injured as they had heard from Samir. It was caused by the explosion of a gas capsule.
Samir was like the rest of his friends, the more anonymous they were, the more important they played in the fight against the Zionists.
Those who were at the head of Hezbollah’s operation, their survival or not was basically questioned, and those who, like Samir, were in charge of the field command of the operation, did not talk about their responsibilities anywhere and to anyone, not even their family.

The capture of two Zionist soldiers
His brother remembers very well that a few hours after the operation, which became known as the “Operation of the captives” or the operation of the two captives, because Hezbollah succeeded in capturing two Zionist soldiers, Samir was seen driving the car. He parked next to the house and asked the people who had happily gathered on the street, “What’s going on?” And he heard the answer: “Hezbollah has captured two Zionists.” Then he went home, changed his clothes and started walking again; With the car that they later found out was the carrier of the same two captives! Two prisoners who were captured in an operation led by Samir.
Sheikh Samir; Beyond a military commander
Samir’s character was not limited to a military commander. Many children of “Ozaei” neighborhood of Beirut remember that they learned ablution, prayer and religious education from Samir. They remember that he was so active in spreading religious knowledge that his friends called him “Sheikh Samir” and they remember how Samir or as he was known: “Haj Javad” spent a lot of time accompanying and educating them. .
Haj Javad’s wish; Performing the prayer of Imam Zaman (AS) in Quds Sharif
A few hours before the start of the last operation, Samir was seen writing a will. A testament in which the wish of the martyr was expressed as follows: “God willing, Imam Khomeini will pray in Karbala and Imam Zaman (A.S.) will also pray in Quds Sharif…”
