According to the report of Mehr news agency, citing Rianavosti, following the collapse of the roof of a church in the city of Recife, Pernambuco state. In eastern Brazil, at least 2 people were killed and dozens were injured.
It is said that around 60 to 70 people were present in the church at the time of this incident.
Brazilian President Lula da Silva described the incident as a “tragic incident” and expressed his condolences to the victims and their relatives.
