Yagi killed 14 people one day after entering Vietnam

The Vietnam Meteorological Organization has predicted heavy rains in the northern and central provinces of the country and warned of flooding in areas below sea level. Before entering Vietnam, super typhoon Yagi killed three people in China and injured around 100 others.
