Ukraine’s attack on “Kursk” was a prerequisite for a nuclear attack on “Kiev”.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Sputnik, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council and former President of this country, warned that “Ukraine’s attack on the Kursk region of Russia can be a prerequisite for an official decision be considered for the use of nuclear weapons.”

The former president of Russia also added: Today, nobody needs a nuclear conflict.
He emphasized, however, that “anyway, it is obvious that a nuclear response is a very difficult decision with irreversible consequences.
