Ramaphosa said in response to a question about this case: “We are stubborn” and stated that his country is determined to pursue this case and a report is due next month. to present the evidence and facts of the Gaza war to the Court.
The South African president also added that the report will be “a voluminous volume with hundreds of pages” and preparations are underway to present it.
He added: We still insist that the genocide must stop, a ceasefire must be established, and the hostages must be released.
It should be said; Several countries including Colombia, Libya, Mexico, Spain and Turkey have joined South Africa in this case. This action took place after the disclosure of a telegram from the Israeli Foreign Ministry by the American “Axios” website, which shows that this regime is pressuring the members of the American Congress to put pressure on South Africa to cancel this case.
On the other hand, South Africa has until October 28 to present its arguments to the United Nations High Court to continue this case against the Zionist regime. The court has not yet examined the substance of the genocide charges against this regime, but it is expected to do so in the coming months.
