The Jordanian cabinet resigned
Jordanian media reported that the country's cabinet submitted its resignation to King Abdullah II of Jordan.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Madar al-Saa’ news site, Cabinet Beshr Al-Khasauneh The Prime Minister of Jordan submitted his resignation to the King of this country.
Al-Khasawneh recorded the longest tenure as prime minister during the reign of Abdullah II since 1999. He was appointed to form the cabinet on October 7 2020.
Jordanian media reported that this act of al-Khasauna was done in order to prepare the ground for the formation of a new cabinet. It is said that Jafar Hassan, the director of the office of the King of Jordan, is the most likely person to take over this post.
