The presence of 400 ships and 90,000 military personnel in Russia’s largest naval exercise

according to Mehr News, Rashatodi Network announced by publishing a video report of the large and joint exercise between Russia and China titled “Ocean 2024” that 400 ships and 90 thousand military personnel participated in this exercise.

Last week, the Ministry of Defense of Russia announced the start of the planned strategic exercise “Ocean 2024” in the Pacific Ocean, the Arctic Ocean, the Mediterranean, the Caspian Sea and the Baltic Sea. This exercise will be held in a bilateral format under the guidance of Alexander Moiseev, the commander of the Russian Navy.

In a statement, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, referring to the beginning of these maneuvers, wrote that the exercise will continue until September 16 (26 September).

According to the Ministry of Defense of Moscow, the “Ocean 2024” exercise is considered one of the major events in the field of operational and combat exercises of the Russian Armed Forces.
