According to Mehr News Agency, “CNN” website reported that the number of victims of Hurricane “Helen” in the southeastern states of America has increased to 93.
According to the report of CNN, the deaths of the victims were recorded in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
It is said that due to the occurrence of Hurricane Helen, more than 2 million people have lost power in the southeastern regions of the United States.
Yesterday, Sunday, the number of victims was 64.
Hurricane Helen, which hit Florida’s Big Bend region late Thursday with maximum winds of 225 km/h, was classified as a Category 4 hurricane and has overshadowed the southeastern United States.
Helen moved from Florida to Georgia. Governor Brian Kemp described Helen’s arrival in Georgia yesterday as: “It was like a bomb had gone off.”
