Boeing received the privilege of making the “small diameter bomb” with a contract of 6.9 billion
The Pentagon signed a $6.9 billion contract with Boeing to manufacture small diameter bombs and supply them to Ukraine, Japan and Bulgaria.
reported by Mehr News Agency, citing Tass, the US Department of Defense awarded Boeing the license to manufacture small-diameter bombs for allocation to Ukraine, Japan and Bulgaria with a contract worth 6.9 billion dollars.
According to a document released by the Pentagon, “this contract includes foreign military sales to Japan, Bulgaria and Lebanon, and construction will be completed by December 31, 2035.”
The Pentagon announced on September 25 that the United States under President Joe Biden provided $56.9 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly emphasized that providing weapons to Ukraine will not change the outcome of the war and will only prolong it.
