Russia’s top diplomat stressed that they are discussing allowing Ukraine’s armed forces to use Western long-range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.
A source told ABC News that during a long meeting, Zelensky outlined a detailed plan for how Kiev would use long-range missiles to attack the country. Russia presented Blinken with a list of possible targets. However, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not make any decision at a meeting in Kiev regarding Ukraine’s permission to attack targets inside Russia with American weapons.
