According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, Al-Mayadeen reporter reported on the series of attacks of the Syrian army against the positions of terrorists.

Al-Mayadeen reporter in Damascus reported: Russian and Syrian army fighters carried out a series of extensive airstrikes on terrorist positions in the outskirts of Idlib and Latakia.

The Syrian army carried out a series of attacks on the positions of terrorist groups in the west of the city of Idlib.

Some sources announced to Al-Mayadeen: Russian and Syrian airstrikes targeted the terrorist positions of Tahrir al-Sham in the forests of Basel in the west of Idlib city and the hills around Al-Sheikh Bahr town. And blasphemy has targeted. These attacks targeted an underground warehouse near the canning factory in Idlib city.

The said sources said: The mentioned attacks also targeted the locations of Hizb al-Turkestani terrorists in the Kabani Hills in the suburbs of Latakia.

According to the 2017 agreement between Iran, Russia and Turkey as guarantors of the Astana peace, four safe zones were established in Syria (reducing tension). Three areas came under the control of the Syrian army in 2018, but the fourth area, which includes Idlib province in northwestern Syria and parts of Latakia, Hama and Aleppo provinces, is still in the hands of terrorist groups and is said to be that the control of this area is mostly in the hands of the terrorist group Tahrir al-Sham (Al-Nusra Front).
