Pentagon: “THAD” system will be operational in Israel in the near future

The spokesman of the American Ministry of Defense (Pentagon) announced that the "THAD" defense system will be activated in the occupied territories in the near future.

reported Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, the spokesman of the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced that the American soldiers entered occupied Palestine yesterday Monday to operate the “THAD” missile defense system.

He stated that “more American soldiers will enter Israel in the coming days.” He added that “the operation of installing the THAD anti-missile system will be carried out in the near future.”

After the US Department of Defense officially approved the deployment of THAAD missile defense systems to the occupied territories, the US media announced that the US military had the task of controlling and implementing They will be in charge of this system.

According to the plans, at least 100 American soldiers are supposed to be deployed in the occupied territories and will be in charge of using the THAD missile defense systems.

Earlier, in the statement issued by the US Ministry of Defense, it was stated in this regard: by order of the US President, the Minister of Defense (Lloyd Austin) authorized the deployment of a system. THAAD and related military crews were issued to Israel to help strengthen Israel’s air defense (!) after Iran’s unprecedented attacks on Tel Aviv on April 13 and again on October 1.

The Pentagon statement in this regard adds: This action emphasizes the commitment of the United States to defend Israel and defend Americans in Israel against any further missile attacks by Iran. It does! This is not the first time that the United States deploys a “THAAD” system in the region.
