Konstantin Kosachev added: The so-called victory plan presented by Vladimir Zelensky is a strategy to bring the West into a direct conflict with Russia; The clause related to the deployment of a non-nuclear strategic deterrence package on Ukrainian soil with the aim of continuing the conflict is stated in it.

He further added that Moscow has repeatedly stated and emphasized its position regarding the diplomatic solution of the Ukraine crisis.

Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced yesterday Wednesday about Ukraine’s “victory plan” in a statement: Zelensky’s (President of Ukraine) victory plan is a collection of irrelevant and incoherent slogans.
