“No” to the referendum on joining the European Union

“Maya Sando“, the pro-Western president of Moldova, claimed about these results that some “criminal groups” along with “countries “Foreigners” apparently tried to buy votes for Moldova not to join the European Union.
At the same time as the referendum on joining the European Union, which was held as a “yes” or “no” option, the presidential elections of Moldova was also held.
The preliminary results of the presidential election, however, show that the pro-Western president of Moldova is ahead of the other candidates, but according to reports, it is unlikely which can win 50% of the votes and the election will probably be extended to the second round.
The second round of Moldova’s presidential election will be held on November 3rd.
In this election, 11 candidates are competing for the seat of the President of Moldova. 6 of the candidates are party members and 5 are independent.
