Crocodile tears sent by Biden in Beirut to the people of Lebanon

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted Al-Nashrah, Amos Hockstein, the US President’s envoy to Lebanon, shed crocodile tears after meeting with the speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, and described the situation of the Lebanese people as painful.

Acknowledging the failure of his previous trips to Lebanon, he added: “I warned a few months ago about the need to resolve affairs and end the conflict between Lebanon and Israel, but the situation It got out of control.

Hochstein demanded that the parties adhere to Resolution 1701 and claimed that linking the fate of Lebanon with other conflicts is not in the interest of the Lebanese nation. Washington wants to stop this conflict.

He said: The international community and Washington are committed to strengthening the Lebanese army so that it can protect Lebanon and its ports and borders.

Hochstein added: I will not enter into negotiations related to the amendment of Resolution 1701. Lebanon should be supported.
