Russia: Cooperation with North Korea is not against South Korea
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Sputnik, Embassy Spokesman Russia announced on Monday that cooperation between Russia and North Korea is in accordance with international law and is not against South Korea’s security interests.
