According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Ryanosty, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov explained his views on BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia added: BRICS is not an anti-Western coalition and is ready to cooperate; Although will not allow (the West) to interfere in the decisions of the members of this group.

The 16th meeting of the heads of the “BRICS” group was held on October 22-24, with the presence of the heads of the member states in Kazan.
