according to the Moscow Times, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday at a conference with African officials in Sochi, Russia. In the Black Sea, he promised Moscow’s “full support” for Africa.
Putin in the speech made by Sergei Minister of Foreign Affairs for other Putin said that Russia can help countries in the field of “sustainable development, fight against terrorism and extremism, fight against epidemics, food problems and consequences of natural disasters”.
This conference was held on Saturday and Sunday, after the two summits of Russia and Africa in 2019 and 2023.
