Some American officials and media have speculated that Trump, as one of them described, “has a blood feud with those he believes do not agree with him” and after entering the palace White will punish his self-proclaimed critics and enemies.
Michael Bromwich, the former inspector general of the US Department of Justice, told The Hill before the November 5th presidential election that “there is no history of a presidential candidate making such threats.”
However, Donalds dismissed those concerns, claiming that Trump never said prosecuting his opponents was one of his missions. In this regard, he said: I say to those American people who listen to the lies of the democratic left; “Donald Trump has never talked about such an issue and has not committed himself to doing it. The existence of the list of enemies is a lie.”
He also added that Trump does not intend to spend his energy and focus on pursuing his opponents and instead, he is committed to helping the American people and addressing the country’s priority issues. which include securing the US-Ukraine border, deporting illegal immigrants, and improving the economy and energy.
In a pre-election podcast, referring to a group of “extreme left-wing enemies,” Trump said that these “domestic enemies” are a far greater threat than America’s foreign enemies.
