Egyptian Foreign Minister: We emphasize the necessity of stopping the war against Lebanon

report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Nashrah, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Ati said in a statement at Beirut International Airport: Israel’s attacks should not continue.

He added: Egypt helps Lebanon to the best of its ability. The shipment that entered Lebanon today is the fourth shipment from Egypt, and it is our duty and responsibility to return it.

Abdul Ati stated: We constantly emphasize the necessity of stopping the attacks on Lebanon and announced this through extensive consultations with all countries and the United States. We want good for Lebanon.

Egyptian Foreign Minister added: The only goal should be to stop the war. We are against any foreign dictation in the Lebanese presidential case, and we are also against the election of the president as a condition for establishing a ceasefire.
