7 victims in a building fire in central China

reported by This incident happened this morning in “Sangzhi” area in “Zhangjiajie” city. The fire started from the second floor of this five-story building and spread to other floors.

During the rescue operation, the bodies of seven people were removed from the building. Authorities have started an investigation into the cause of the incident.

Last month, seven people died during a fire in a house in eastern China. Also, in January of this year, at least 39 people were killed in a similar incident in a residential building in Shinyu city.
