According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Yonhap, “Kim Yojong”, the deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the North Korean ruling party, warned South Korea against “sending political statements and dirty things” in North Korean areas. He will pay a heavy price.

He said about this: We condemn the dirty and shameful actions of the South Korean scum who, despite our repeated warnings, by sending and spreading inflammatory and political things against North Korea. They incite them to action.
