Senior member of Hezbollah: We respond to the painful actions of Beirut in Tel Aviv
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News, “Mahmoud Qamati”, the vice-chairman of the political council of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, said in a conversation with Al-Jazeera: “If it were not for the strength of the resistance and the battlefield, America would not have rushed to find a solution.
The Vice Chairman of the Lebanese Hezbollah Political Council said: What is important for us is to give hope regarding the cessation of aggression through the power of resistance. We expect that the method that was followed in Gaza towards Hamas, during which the responsibility for the failure (talks) was placed on Hamas, will continue in Lebanon as well.
Qamati continued: Lebanon and the Lebanese nation are being killed by American weapons. Our attention is now on the field and resistance. We do not provide any information about the negotiations, as this would harm the Lebanese negotiating team. We do not expect transparency and honesty from this enemy. We have announced many times that we will not talk about any of the clauses of the negotiations.
The vice-chairman of Lebanon’s Hezbollah political council added: The Zionist enemy has failed to find a political solution in Gaza, and we expect the same in Lebanon. We are facing two pillars of confrontation with America and Israel, which are supported by the world. Barry, the head of the Lebanese Parliament, is facing a difficult and complex mission, but he has the necessary ability in this regard.
Qamati said: The assassination of martyr Mohammad Afif revealed the true face of the enemy. By assassinating Mohammad Afif, the enemy is trying to silence the voice of resistance and prevent them from reaching the truth. The assassination of Mohammad Afif is a dangerous sign for trying to create a new equation. We will respond to this encroachment and violation of new laws by the enemy, which was found in Afif’s terror.
The vice-chairman of the Lebanese Hezbollah political council continued: “If the enemy wants to hurt us in our capital, we will hurt him in his capital.” We hurt the enemy a lot and we will hurt him a lot in the future.
Qamati emphasized: Our resistant fighters stand against the enemy and inflict heavy losses of lives and equipment on it. The enemy killed dozens during his first attempt to penetrate through Khayyam. We will not allow the enemy to reach the points he tried to reach earlier.
