Shahbaz Sharif: Pakistan will not tolerate chaos and bloodshed

The Prime Minister of Pakistan, while condemning what was called the attack by the pro-opposition protesters of this country on the security forces, said that Islamabad will not tolerate chaos and bloodshed.

Shahbaz Sharif said in a statement that violent actions were carried out under the cover of a peaceful protest and such attacks against judicial officers are intolerable and condemned.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan also said that the perpetrators of these acts of violence are responsible for the children and families of the dead soldiers and the government will deal with any violation of the law seriously.

He also ordered the authorities to urgently identify the factors involved in the attacks and ensure their severe punishment. He emphasized that “these actions are not a peaceful protest, but extremism with the aim of causing bloodshed for evil political motives!” Pakistan does not tolerate anarchy and bloodshed.”

According to the latest reports, following the clash between protesters and security forces in Islamabad, at least five Pakistani security forces and police were killed and more than 100 people were injured.
