United States and France joint statement about the ceasefire in Lebanon

The ceasefire announced in Lebanon started this morning at 4 o’clock (local time). According to US President Joe Biden, this ceasefire will mean a “permanent cessation of hostilities”.
In the joint statement of the United States and France, the expectations of this agreement are described and both sides have guaranteed this ceasefire.
