Zelensky: We want to take back the territories occupied by Russia diplomatically!
reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by Anatoly, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky once again pointed out that the support of the country’s partners for Kiev is not enough, and said that Ukraine intends to diplomatically withdraw the lands occupied by Russia from this Take back the country!
Zelensky said in a conversation with Japan’s Kyodo: It is true that our army lacks the power to recapture some areas, including Crimea. Therefore, we should look for diplomatic solutions.
According to him, a diplomatic solution can also be considered when Kiev is confident that it has enough power to prevent further Russian military actions.
Reemphasizing what he called the “insufficient” support of Kiev’s partners, he asked NATO to invite Ukraine for membership negotiations in this military alliance as soon as possible.
Zelensky added that the war, which began in 2022, has entered a “complex phase”. According to his claim, about 12,000 North Korean troops have been sent to the Russian border in the Kursk region. Ukraine attacked this region in August and is said to have captured a part of it.
He claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin is using North Korean soldiers as “decoys” to reduce his own losses and this is “undeniable”!
Zelensky also claimed to have information about the casualties of North Korean troops on the front lines, but declined to provide details. According to him, Donald Trump, the president-elect of the United States and the new government of this country are aware of Ukraine’s position and the “Victory Plan” and are currently examining and studying the contents of this plan.
He says that the Ukrainian side will not give up and is counting on further talks with Trump to provide “precise explanations on some specific issues”
