Faleh Al-Fayyad: We categorically deny the entry of Hashd Shaabi into Syria

The head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Organization denied the entry of the forces of this organization into the territory of Syria.

report Mehr News Agency quoted Vaa, “Falih al-Fayaz”, the head of Iraqi Hashd Shaabi organization, spoke about the recent developments in Syria.

The head of Iraq’s Hashd al-Shaabi organization said: The events in Syria have a direct impact on Iraq’s national security. The Zionist regime wants to lead the region with conflict and weapons.

Al-Fayaz added: Hashd Shaabi is an official force under the command of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. We categorically deny the entry of Hashd Shaabi into Syria. Hashd al-Shaabi is not active outside of Iraq. Defense lines with Syria are strong. Hashd Shaabi and all security forces are under the command of the Joint Operations Command.

The head of Iraq’s Hashd Sha’bi organization stated: The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has issued an order to increase the presence and strengthening of units on the fronts. Hashd al-Shaabi is an essential force in the defense of Iraq on the Syrian front.

Al-Fayaz continued: Syrian air defense has been targeted by attacks from the Zionist regime. The Syrian army is struggling with the attacks of the Zionist regime, long-term war and sanctions, and there are various programs in Syria.

The head of Iraq’s Hashd al-Shaabi organization said: relations between Iraq and Turkey are very important and the interests of both countries are common in confronting terrorism.
