Vasily Nebenzia, Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, said: At the meeting of the UN Security Council requested by Russia, the decision of the American government to attack with ATACMS (American-made ATACMS) missiles from the territory of Ukraine deep into the Russian Federation will be discussed.
