Sergei Lavrov, who was speaking at the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Malta, added: “The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has been deadly silent about the actions of the Kiev regime.”

In his speech, he accused America of destabilizing the Eurasian region.
