SPIEGEL: The Russian navy has left Tartus

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, the German news weekly Spiegel made claims regarding leaving the port Tartus from Sui of the Russian Navy published.

This German media quoted a note attributed to the German Ministry of Defense and wrote: The Russian naval fleet has actually left the Syrian port of Tartus.

Spiegel quoted a German military analysis as saying: Russia is making all preparations to evacuate its military bases in Syria.
