Cyber attack on Japanese airlines
Japan Airlines was the target of a cyber attack.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, Reuters news agency reported that Japan Airlines (JAL) announced on Thursday that it has been the target of a cyber attack that may affect the company’s domestic and international flights.
According to this report, the attack took place at 7:24 am local time (22 24:00 GMT) and affected the internal and external systems of the company.
A JAL spokesperson confirmed the attack but did not immediately provide information on possible flight delays or cancellations.
