Media sources announced that the Russian Navy has received a new nuclear submarine named Arkhangelsk.
reported by According to this report, the delivery ceremony of the new Arkhangelsk nuclear submarine was held at Sumash manufacturing company.
Arkhangelsk submarine belongs to the fourth generation of the Yasen-M project.
Russia’s fleet currently includes four other similar nuclear-powered cruisers, the Sorodvinsk, Kazan, Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk, and four more are under construction.
