Yonhap: Probably only 2 of the 181 passengers of the plane that crashed in South Korea survived
reported Mehr News Agency, Yonhap wrote in an urgent news that 179 passengers of the plane that crashed on the runway of “Moan” airport in the south of South Korea probably died.
Yonhap quoted the firefighting teams present at the scene of the accident and wrote that “all passengers, except for the two survivors, were probably killed in the Moan plane crash.”
According to the authorities, the mentioned plane, which belongs to “Jeju Air” airlines, had about 181 passengers at the time of the accident. After leaving the runway, this plane hit the concrete fence next to the runway and caught fire. It is said that the failure of the landing gear led to this accident.
The National Fire Organization of South Korea announced that the fire is almost contained, but authorities and rescue teams are still evacuating passengers from the plane.
