ISIS underground movements in Iraq; A new method of recruiting terrorists among ISIS

Over the past few days, Iraqi officials have expressed concern over receiving information about the re-gaining power of ISIS and the possibility of terrorist leaders escaping from prisons in eastern Syria.

Mahmoud Al-Hayani, one of the officials of the Badr Organization, announced that ISIS elements have changed their methods and are recruiting terrorists from Iraq via the Internet.

He added: A few days ago, graffiti and ISIS flags were seen in Fallujah, and security forces arrested terrorist elements related to these developments.

Al-Hyani stated: There are serious concerns about the resurgence of ISIS underground groups.
