ISIS underground movements in Iraq; A new method of recruiting terrorists among ISIS

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, according to Al-Maloumeh, the signs of ISIS elements’ field movements have intensified by abusing the political and military situation in Syria. Over the past few days, Iraqi officials have expressed concern over receiving information about the re-gaining power of ISIS and the possibility of terrorist leaders escaping from prisons in eastern Syria.

Mahmoud Al-Hayani, one of the officials of the Badr Organization, announced that ISIS elements have changed their methods and are recruiting terrorists from Iraq via the Internet.

He added: A few days ago, graffiti and ISIS flags were seen in Fallujah, and security forces arrested terrorist elements related to these developments.

Al-Hyani stated: There are serious concerns about the resurgence of ISIS underground groups.
