6% growth in exports to Europe; Germany is the first trading partner

Europe’s exports in this period were a little more than three billion euros, which has decreased by two percent compared to the previous year, but Iran’s exports to Europe were positive by 6 percent and from 654 million euros. In 2023, it has reached 695 million euros in 2024.
In October 2024, the trade volume reached 300 million euros, which has decreased by 19% compared to 369 million euros the previous year. This value is the lowest since January 2021. Out of these 300 million euros, Iran’s exports were 65 million euros, which increased by 9%, and European exports to Iran reached 235 million euros, which shows a 24% decrease.
Germany with a trade volume of one billion and 230 million euros is still Iran’s top trading partner in Europe, followed by Italy with 585 million euros, the Netherlands with 512 million euros, Belgium with 281 million euros and France With 234 million euros, they are ranked second to fifth among Iran’s top business partners in Europe.
