A blow to Israel’s intelligence apparatus: a senior official resigned
According toMehr News Agency to According to Sama News Agency, a Zionist media outlet reported early Sunday that the first intelligence officer of the Gaza Army resigned due to the failure of the October 7 attack (Al-Aqsa storm).
According to the report of this Palestinian news source, this decision was made after the resignation of Brigadier General Haim Cohen, the commander of the Northern Brigade of the Gaza Army, as well as the previous resignation of Colonel Avi Rosenwild, another intelligence officer, who resigned last summer due to the same failure.
The resignation of these officers shows the extensive internal pressure on the security and military forces of the Zionist regime after the October 7 attack, which has been accompanied by serious criticism of the security performance of this regime.
