Hashd al-Shaabi managed to identify and destroy 11 secret tunnels of ISIS elements in Anbar province.
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, citing Al-Maluma, an Iraqi security source emphasized that Hashd al-Shaabi forces succeeded in destroying 11 secret tunnels of ISIS elements in their latest anti-terrorist operation in the western regions of Anbar province.
According to this report, Hashd al-Shaabi forces carried out a pre-emptive operation in various areas of Rawah, Al-Rutba and Al-Qaim, which resulted in the identification and destruction of ISIS’s secret headquarters. .
In these tunnels there were quantities of explosives and bomb objects. ISIS elements used these tunnels to hide their weapons.
