The former leader of the far right of France died today at the age of 96.

reported Mehr News Agency According to Reuters news agency, “Jean-Marie Le Pen” (Jean-Marie Le Pen), the founder of the far-right French National Front party, died at the age of 96.

He shocked the French political establishment when he unexpectedly reached the second round of the presidential election against Jacques Chirac in 2002.

Jean-Marie Le Pen rewrote the variables of French politics and curbed voter discontent over immigration and job security.

Marine Le Pen, his daughter, has taken her father’s place in the leadership of the party and has been active in it.
