11 members including a leader of al-Shabaab were killed in Somalia

reported by Mehr News Agency According to Anatolia news agency, the American forces claimed that during an air operation with the cooperation of the Somali army, Mohammad Mireh, the leader of the al-Shabaab terrorist group in Somalia, was killed.

US Africa Command “Africom” issued a statement and claimed that 10 other members of al-Shabaab were also killed in the framework of this operation.

This operation was carried out in the village of Birzani, 35 kilometers northwest of the city of Kismayor in Jubaland Autonomous Region.
