“Maduro” sworn in as the president of Venezuela + video
reported by Mehr News, citing Al-Mayadin, “Nicolas Maduro” was sworn in as the president of Venezuela for the third time.
According to this report, Nicolás Maduro said in a speech after taking the oath: Let’s build a path for peace based on our history to guarantee national sovereignty.
He added: I was not appointed by the United States or any other Latin American country, but by the will of the people. I am not an absolute president and I am not a servant of powers, oligarchy or imperialism. Imperialism and oligarchy are collapsing and we were not born to be traitors and weak.
Maduro emphasized: Venezuela defended itself against the American conspiracy and we won this confrontation. We want to live in peace and we don’t want any of these problems.
