Yemen’s reaction to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al-Masirah, Yemen’s Supreme Political Council in a statement congratulated the Palestinian people and the resistance forces on the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
It is stated in this statement: The ceasefire agreement is a victory for Palestine and the resistance fighters, led by Hamas and Islamic Jihad, who led the battle of Al-Aqsa storm.
The Supreme Political Council of Yemen further announced this statement: Palestinian fighters proved to the whole world during the 15 months of fighting that they can defeat the Israeli army while America’s support has failed. The stability of the Palestinian resistance fighters, the great sacrifices of the Palestinian nation and the resistance leaders are the reason for this heavy victory.
The Supreme Political Council of Yemen emphasized that the victory against the Zionist enemy has defeated all the declared goals of this regime headed by the criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.
This council further offered its condolences to the families of the martyrs in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen and Iran who were martyred on the way to Quds.
The Supreme Political Council of Yemen, in another part of this statement, emphasized the continuation of the all-round support of the Republic of Yemen to the nation and the Palestinian resistance to the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in support. He appreciated the efforts of the Palestinian people to free themselves from the clutches of the Zionist occupation regime.
This council also announced that it is monitoring the adherence of the usurping Zionist regime to the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
