US foreign aid was suspended for 90 days by Trump’s order

This order was issued with the aim of evaluating the compliance of the programs with the US foreign policy. The aforementioned decree was issued following another executive order according to which the US Secretary of State is ordered to implement “America First Foreign Policy”; However, the details of this policy have not been specified!
In the aforementioned order, it is stipulated that the Office of Management and Budget “implements the temporary suspension of foreign aid.”
The order also includes a provision for the US Secretary of State, according to which he can not implement the order in some “specific” development programs. In addition, at the discretion of the Foreign Minister, with the cooperation and consultation of the director of the Office of Management and Budget, the aid can be resumed earlier than 90 days.
